Defining AI strategy: how to effectively build AI-based business models

During the lecture, I will talk about the process of implementing changes in business models based on hybrid and artificial intelligence. I will talk about the differences we have observed over the past few years in changes to business models in the context of AI, and what the differences are, including what the fourth and fifth industrial revolutions have brought in the context of organizational business models. I will share some very practical tactics on what to do and how to do it, step by step, to implement AI into your business model.
