Artificial intelligence (AI) is playing an increasingly important role in all areas of life. Emerging AI tools can improve learning and work. In the field of User Experience (UX), AI tools for UX designers are also being developed, and discussions on this topic are ongoing. This presentation will attempt to answer the following questions: How can UX designers use AI tools during the design process? What AI tools are available and popular among UX designers? How do AI tools support the work of UX designers and at what stage of the design process are they most often used by UX designers? What is the opinion of UX designers on the use of AI tools? The aim of the presentation is to analyze and review selected AI tools that can support the work of UX designers, as well as to evaluate UX designers’ opinions on the available AI tools in their design work. The following methods were used in the research: analysis and criticism of literature, content analysis, and a diagnostic survey. The results of the research will allow for the presentation of selected AI tools in the work of UX designers, as well as their opinions on their use in design work.
