The determination and discussion of the significance and roles of keywords in the information architecture systems is the object and goal of this presentation. This task will be fulfilled by defining keywords, as well as such their contemporary derivatives as e.g. tags. Traditional functions of keywords will be examined. Owing to the fact that the keywords can play a number of different roles, this presentation will stress specific keyword functions and tasks performed in present-day information architecture systems used in the Internet. Theoretical considerations will be accompanied by the demonstration of keyword examples occurring in information architecture of the selected information and information retrieval systems.
Przedmiotem i celem wystąpienia jest określenie i zaprezentowanie znaczenia i roli słów kluczowych w systemach architektury informacji. Realizacja tego zadania nastąpi poprzez zdefiniowanie słów kluczowych oraz ich współczesnych pochodnych, którymi są m. in. tagi. Zostaną omówione tradycyjne funkcje słów kluczowych. Ze względu na to, że słowa kluczowe mogą pełnić wiele różnych funkcji w wystąpieniu akcent zostanie położony na ich specyficzne funkcje i zadania we współczesnych systemach architektury informacji w Internecie. Rozważaniom teoretycznym będzie towarzyszyła prezentacja przykładów słów kluczowych w architekturze informacji wybranych systemów informacyjno-wyszukiwawczych.
