The Institute of Information Sciences invites you to the AIDA conference, dedicated to the design of information that is understandable, useful and functional. We invite representatives from the academic community, UX/HCI specialists, designers and students interested in the development of information architecture to join us for a discussion.
Information architecture is a growing field and profession whose aim is to design information in a way that makes it easier for users to find, understand and use it. In the face of increasing information overload, usability, functionality and tailoring the message to the actual needs of the audience are becoming particularly important.
The AIDA Conference provides a forum for the exchange of knowledge and experience amongst researchers, academics and practitioners working in the fields of information architecture, UX/HCI, information graphics and information systems design. Its scope covers both theoretical and research developments, as well as user-centred design methods and innovative approaches to educating future information architects.
The event aims to foster collaboration between academic and industry communities, as well as to stimulate discussion on the modern, usable and responsibly designed form of information objects that make up the contemporary infosphere.
