The paper presents the methodology of conducting qualitative research using narrative interview techniques, focused group interviews, usability tests by students of information architecture at the Pedagogical University (as participants of seminar groups). The research purposes are to identify the needs, information behaviors and preferences of selected groups of websites users (eg: students, people with disabilities, seniors). The main goal of the paper is to show the advantages of individual research techniques and the possibilities of using the results in making design decisions. The last part of the paper contains a short description of the subjects of BA theses in the field of AI and the didactic effects of conducting qualitative research.
W referacie zostanie przedstawiona metodyka prowadzenia badań jakościowych technikami wywiadu narracyjnego, zogniskowanego wywiadu grupowego, testów użyteczności przez studentów architektury informacji w Uniwersytecie Pedagogicznym (w ramach grup seminaryjnych). Badania są ukierunkowane na rozpoznanie potrzeb i preferencji wybranych grup użytkowników serwisów internetowych (np.: uczniów, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, seniorów). Głównym celem referatu jest wskazanie zalet poszczególnych technik i możliwości wykorzystania uzyskanych rezultatów w podejmowaniu decyzji projektowych. Ostatnia część wystąpienia będzie zawierać krótką charakterystykę tematyki prac licencjackich z zakresu AI i ich dydaktycznych efektów.
